End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Provider Service Portal — portal users only (providers and authorized business users we grant access).

AtoZ Flooring Solutions Pty Ltd

Effective date: March 23, 2026

1. License grant

AtoZ Flooring Solutions Pty Ltd grants you (as an authorized portal user) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Provider Service Portal at https://providers.atozflooringsolutions.com.au/portal/ for authorized business and project management purposes related to our flooring operations.

2. User responsibilities

As a user of the portal, you agree:

To maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Not to use the portal for any unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
Not to attempt to circumvent any security features or export data without authorization.

3. Intellectual property

All software, designs, and proprietary workflows within the portal are the property of AtoZ Flooring Solutions Pty Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, AtoZ Flooring Solutions Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or inability to use the portal.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the portal at our discretion if these terms are breached.

6. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
